The Electric Tilting Pan 130L by OZTIRYAKILER is a high-performance cooking solution designed for professional kitchens requiring durability and precise temperature control. Built from 304 stainless steel, this pan offers exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear. With a large 130-liter capacity, it’s ideal for high-volume food preparation.

The upper surface is crafted with 2mm thick stainless steel for added durability, while a manual wheel mechanism ensures smooth and safe tilting of the inner pan. For maximum convenience, the unit is equipped with a solenoid valve and top-mounted faucet to refill with hot or cold water directly.

This Electric Tilting Pan delivers even heat distribution through well-positioned heating elements, ensuring consistent cooking results. Thermal insulation across the tank and body helps maintain cooking temperature and enhances energy efficiency. The temperature range of 50°C to 300°C makes it suitable for a wide variety of recipes, from boiling and braising to frying.
